Welcome to the

Scarab Trencher

Trenching

As the Scarab trencher is pushed forward by the operator, the tungsten-edged cutters dig a 65mm wide trench, up to 300mm deep and the excavated material is deposited to the right hand side of the machine, making back-filling easy.
Trenching speed is dependent on the hardness of the ground, but can be up to 3½ metres per minute. In hard material, the cutters can be replaced with “alligator teeth” and holders on the disc, or a combination of alligator and cup-type cutters.

The Scarab trencher has no belts, pulleys or chains, resulting in a simple, trouble-free machine.
